About our Cardiff office
We moved into our modern Cardiff offices during the pandemic.
We're located on the top two floors of a new build office based in the heart of Cardiff. With great transport links, it's a great office to work in.
Our office is open plan, taking a literal approach to the "my door is always open" policy that our Partners have always championed! This has allowed us to have a much more collaborative approach and work with other teams much more easily.
On the top floor, you'll find all of our support teams (Finance, Marketing, Best Practice and Risk, IT, Learning and Development and HR) and our own Milk and Sugar cafe within our open client space. With a terrace for the odd day that there's some sun here in Wales, there's a space for everyone to work in an agile manner or take a break!

Attending the office
If you're coming into the office - whether for an interview, an event or a meeting - we want to make sure you can plan ahead and you know what to expect.
On arrival at 4 Capital Quarter, the security team on the ground floor will will let us know you’ve arrived and show you through the security gates to the lift lobby. Take the lift to the 7th floor, where you will find the Geldards reception entrance on your left. Our reception team will be ready to welcome you!
If you require assistance to access the building or have any additional requirements, we're always happy to help so please do just let us know prior to the meeting - we have a lift for accessibility (and general ease!) to take you to the 7th floor.
Travelling in
By Train
The office is a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Central train station. Walk south on Penarth Road towards Tresillian Way, turn left, at the roundabout go straight on to Callaghan Square. Cross Bute Street and continue on to Herbert Street. Tyndall Street is approximately 100metres ahead
By Car
From the East
As you arrive at the outskirts of Cardiff/Caerdydd, take the Pentwyn Link Road/A4232. Head for Rover Way, Cardiff Bay Link Road and then Eastern Bay Link Road/A4232). Take exit on to Central Link and then slip road to Splott/Central. First exit at roundabout onto Tyndall Street. Geldards is half way down on the right.
From the West
Leave the M4 at J33 and take the A4232 to Cardiff Bay (approx 3 miles). Take 2nd exit on to Central Link and then the slip road to Splott/Central. First exit at roundabout onto Tyndall Street. Geldards is half way down on the right.
Guest Parking
A limited number of parking spaces are available. Should you require parking, please ask your Geldards contact. Once your reservation has been confirmed your meeting
host will confirm your car park space and the method of car park entry. Capital Quarter 4 is located directly opposite the car park entrance. Exit the car park on foot and walk through the gardens towards CQ4.
Disabled Parking
We have bookable spaces available for disabled visitors which are accessible from the car park at the rear of our building. Please speak to your Geldards contact to book these in advance of your visit
